9–11 cross-laminated layers for the highest strength and resistance to bending and cracking — our standard for cabinet boxes and tall doors.
Dense fibreboard (≥750 kg/m³) with a smooth, pore-free surface — ideal for CNC carving, milling, and curved door panels.
High cost-efficiency with excellent nail grip and deformation resistance, finished with a melamine-impregnated surface where appropriate.
Full timber, finger-jointed or single-board, finished with clear varnish or wood-wax oil to keep the natural grain — warm, refinishable, near-zero formaldehyde.
Directional three-layer board with strong nail grip and superior moisture resistance to particle board, for a more stable overall cabinet.
Soft-close hinges and drawer slides as standard — the hardware you touch every day, specified to last.
Solid-wood species
Choose the grain and tone that suits your space — each species finished to keep its natural character.
Door & panel processes

Skin-feel matte
A fine PET film pressed under heat and pressure for a soft, warm, fingerprint-friendly matte — no cold glare of high-gloss.
Mixed-oil painted
Putty-filled and polished, then sprayed in any opaque colour for a flawless, grain-free painted finish.
Arc / curved
Square panels softened into smooth curves by hot-bending — gentler lines and no sharp corners.
Skeletal line
Fine milled grooves form a crisp, three-dimensional minimalist line across the door.
Bevel edge
A 45° edge that doubles as the handle, eliminating exposed hardware for a clean, seamless front.
Grille
Wood strips arranged at equal spacing for breathable panels with strong light-and-shadow depth.
Milled detail
CNC-carved lines, grooves, and curves — styling that can read traditional or modern.
Seamless edge
Same-colour core sandwiched between veneers so no layer line shows from the side — a seamless whole.
